After selecting My Company from the Main Menu, Strategies should be selected from the screen that opens.

By selecting the Planning Year from the relevant screen, company strategies are displayed according to the weight of the selected year and in a list.

After selecting the target to be worked on, the key result for the target will appear on the menu that opens. When we click on the key result, detailed information about the key result will appear.

Next to the Key results tab, we select the Alignments tab.

There are 2 search bars in total, left and right. We find and select the targets we want to align from this search bar.

We can later delete the targets we have selected to align, using the delete button next to them, or we can update them later by adding new targets from the search bar.
